What's it worth

Post by fd » Mon Mar 24, 2014 11:34 pm

2000 (W) S1, Titanium, 90K miles.

New crate block and PTP165 (big valve) head with PTP ECU, lightened flywheel, ap clutch, 15K miles ago. Never had a head gasket in its life. Dastek R/Road sheet showing 175bhp peak.

Pagid RS4-2 pads, Yellow S2 dampers/springs and mounting hardware, no leaks, little use since fitted.

Interior not too bad but has clearly seen some use, fabrics really the only thing needing attention, leather all fine. 4 point harnesses, can probably put the inertia reel belts in it. Bodywork is ok, usual stonechips, has had a new front clam following a very minor clam damage only bump at about 2mph.

No MOT currently but will be MOT'd before any possible sale.

Whole car has always been maintained without want since I bought it new.

Well known car that's been a completely reliable wee motor but I just don't have the time to use it these days. Not desperate to sell at all, but I could do with the garage space for other projects.

Cue Mr Boag.

£10k seems a fair guess. Higher for those who know Fastidious FD ;-)

A one owner, well sorted and maintained car. Ignore the mileage. It's just well-run-in..

Good luck with the garage sale, Fergus.

Indeed.

If did not already own an Elise, I'd be seriously considering buying yours.
