I fancy doing this sometime.

What do you get taught next, for those who have been down more than once?
Steve.

Usually as your skill level advances, oversteer, left foot braking, trail braking - actually the only thing they missed in the video is that after you get the basics correct (vital) the next stages are WAY more fun.
Saved me (and others) a fortune when progressing to racing, as you always had a significant amount more car control, and had practised before you had the incident. Spinning or loosing control also freeks some people out, and while not ideally what you want to do, I find now that when it does happen I am way way more relaxed and am already looking for the safe way out/avoiding the split second i realise i've over cooked it or cant get it back.
Cant recommend it highly enough - and Mark is a brilliant instructor - as is Walshy.

Worth watching the car limits DVD too for some tips...can post it up to you if you like! If I had more time/money (and another car!) I'd definitely do more Walshy days...only done one, which was great, but not nearly enough to absorb or practice everything...pity they don't do anything north of the border these days...

Cant echo Andy G's comments enough. My toe link snapped about 1800m up Mt Ventoux. There was no crash barrier. Without walshy's training i would have had a 400m drop down a 45 deg gravel strewn slope. I doubt i would have been walking away from it. But having been there and done that on an airfield meant i was able to spin the car to a halt. VERY scary stuff, Robin will testify to how long i was hyper for afterwards.
Worth every single penny, and ever mile that it takes to drive there. My advice is to do it more than once. the first day is a taster, i went back 4 more times before it became 2nd nature

I've only done one day with Walshy, came away realising I had so much to learn. I really fancy another around August or September, had been hoping to do two consecutive days but appears nothing available on consecutive days. In which case might do same as last time, fly down and use his Elise. The Toe link broke on me on the high speed bend, it was good on the job training and I immediately upgraded my toe links when I got home. Maybe we can get a few SE'rs for a group session

I've been thinking similar. If there were a few of us wanting to do it he might set up some consecutive dates

I've emailed him for you lot - linking to this post.
I know he has been looking for a new Scottish venue for a while, but to no avail.
With McApe on this one though - worth going back a good few times to practise - and keep practising
