Not even advertised yet, but the photographer was around for four hours this morning, fortunately acting for both Aberdein & Conserdine and
www.housesimple.co.uk, so only have to go through with it once.
Aly saw it on a free website along with a couple of others, that I tried out a few weeks ago, and is coming along to view this week.

Sorry, dumb qu...do do you think aspc covers a high % of the properties for sale?

I would think so, it is the first point of search so most sellers pay to have their house put in.

Tut,
Make sure you get the property on the other hosting sites such as Zoopla, Prime Location and Right Move.
Admit most locals know about aspc but due to your house their is always the possibility of someone further afield wanting to buy and they are more likely to go to the above sites.

Thanks George, that is why I have put it on to
www.housesimple.com as they advertise it on all those main sites.
It goes live on there this week, but they put a board up a couple of weeks ago and we had two viewers from that already.

John Plenderleath is a property solicitor in Aberdeen, and fellow petrolhead. Might have some advice if you're not sorted for legal help already.

He took great care of us when we were buying (and there was a wee SE discount).

Forgot all about John especially as he is a friend.
Got to know him as we both competed in the Scottish Sprint Championships, he had a lovely original Lotus 7 then, and progressed to single seaters.

You won't find a house on Rightmove , Zoopla, S1 Homes etc., that is being marketed by a Solicitor in Aberdeen as ASPC are the only Solicitors Property Centre in Scotland that don't allow Solicitors to advertise on any other property portals, no matter what the client wants! If you are selling with Aberdein Considine, you may have to remove it from the portal you have it on just now Tut as AC will be in breach of the ASPC rules. If you keep it on with the other portal then you won't get it in to ASPC.
