North Scotland Accommodation W/C 26 July 2014

Looking to spend a week or so in the Highlands (North of Perth), preferably north of Inverness but that is not vital. On the beach is also preferable to being land locked as there will be myself, my good lady and Hugo the dog....and he loves the beach.
Camping is not an option and preference is posh caravan or cabin etc rather than hotel / BandB.
Any ideas, options, offers considered.
