Scottish Elises

Hello all,

A friend of mine is interested in a 2007 Elise that's for sale in Buckie

It looks to be a nice spec with one owner,Pobax seats,2Tubular exhaust,etc.
Planning on taking a run up to view it next weekend,however,it's a 3 hour drive for us so wondered if any of the SE community knew the car or had been to see it.
Your thoughts would be gratefully received

I went to view this last October, very nice car. Very tidy. Recent shocks, disks and pads and such, Plenty of SH Murrrays have looked after it from new. Drove nicely. Had been cleaned and prepped very well too which is a boost.

The guy with the car sales was very friendly, Brian if memory serves, and knew his stuff really in the middle of nowhere though.

Just a shame it wasn't a 2zz otherwise I'd have been all over it.

What about this one? Very similar car (newer, less miles) for same price but more centrally located. Shows as 27 miles from Edin.

I don't know the car in buckie but I know brian. He doesn't stock dross so I'd imagine it's decent. I'll easy go have a look if you like and take a load of pics. Can sound him out on the price as well as its been there a while.

A big Thanks to Dipper for taking the time to have a look at the car for my mate,really appreciate the help and the honest appraisal.
We'll be taking the drive North later in the week and hopefully a deal will be done
