Hopefully we've just cycled the breath of the country and not been evacuated by helicopter at some point along the way. It's 2 weeks to go until Clarky, Smee and I suffer for your amusement. We'll be cycling cross the width of Scotland off road in a day to aid
McMillan Cancer Support. Please give what you can and get a warm tingly feeling knowing you are supporting a great cause and enjoy watching the three of us suffer safe in the knowledge that we are hideously underprepared and woefully undertrained (hands up who's not been on a MTB in 10 months
)

Andy was a nice chap,
But he was a fatty and died on a bike ride.
Oh how we laughed as we stole his hip flask and carried on cycling.
