Ye, saw that posted when we were there yesterday. Popping along to the Haddington show at East fortune and planning on hanging around till the fly-past.

Think the flight crew got a bit confused. Those of us at the race track end of the airfield got a great view but didn't seem to actually fly over the museum of flight.
Awesome beast. Will post a couple of pics if I get a chance

Fantastic sight. Really glad I saw that. I was parked up on the road just down from the museum with about 100 other cars that had the same idea. Was thinking those at the Haddington show would have had a cracking view as the Vulcan seemed to fly right over it.
I only took a vid on my phone so no pics and was a wee bit further away than I had hoped. But the noise when he powered into a climb! :twisted: :thumbsup

Think it's last display flight is at the Prestwick air show this year? We'll have a couple of engines on display at it too I'm told, one 747 & a 35 year newer 787/dreamliner one.
