Had a real scary moment today in town driving down Blythswood st past a building site and a chunk of stone came flying down and exploded into the windscreen of the vx

Honestly almost sh*t myself. Luckily it hit the windscreen which can be changed and not the front clam or me
EDIT ps This happened on the way to a Health and Safety course for building sites

rumor has it that one of the contractors was heard to say "that was lucky - could have been a lotus it landed on"
Seriously though - I hope you contacted the building manager.

Fookin 'ell. Bad luck Jon, but think of it this way . . . at least it didn't go in the open roof and hit you!
As Mac said, get the hell onto them and claim it off the building company!

Same thing happened to me in Edinburgh - big lump of sandstone hit my windscreen that came off a building in Bruntsfield. Cops were passing at the time and stopped, and were not even bothered!
