So having just put the car back together, my windscreen is cracked. It looks like there was a chip and it's cracked and spread.
The crack got bigger yesterday either with the stress of having the soft top on, or thanks to the fantastic Glamis car park (it's about 4 inches now I'd say).
Has anyone had one fitted properly locally, or should I get on the phone and try to convince my insurer to cover labour costs for clam adjustment at Murrays?
Anyone know what sort of lead time there is on an Elise windscreen, I assume they aren't a stock item..!

I did mine through insurance. I just had Craig at Murrays arrange it and he took care of everything for me, £75 well spent as the screen itself is £400.
