You been stocking up Tut? 4 sold in last 24 hours according to eBay :)

Probably about to be 5 too, as I love the things and only have Mr Porky at the local supermarket.

Only bought the one large bag Steve, but 20% gone already. Just too moreish.

Far better than Mr Porky, all irregular pieces but quite big with a good layer of crisp fat under the crackling.

2kg arrived in the post today. The plan is my brother will get half as a birthday treat. Or I'll scoff the lot.

Only time will tell....

piggy.......Verian does not eat them, but the way that I am going I am in for a heart attack. Best bet is to split them into plastic zip bags to keep them fresh, split mine into four and two have gone already.

Had to get Verian to hide the others so that I can pace myself.

250g of pork scratchings contains over 1500 calories, 2.7g of salt and about 120g of fat. You might want to split each of the 4 bags into 4 again... :)

I am a 75 year old Disabled War Pensioner Graeme with the odd bullet hole and shrapnel bits in the body, a spine that has been fractured almost as many times as Walshy's bones, concussions a little less, none of which killed me, so the pleasure of eating those scrumptious morsels of crackling far outweigh the fear of the calorific content.

To balance the scales my everyday diet is very good, do not touch sugar, sweets, cakes, chocolate, fizzy drinks, never had a Mac, favourite drinks are water, freshly squeezed fruit juices, and of course vodka and wine in moderation. I love fruit and eat my veggies, indulge in regular sexual activity as befits my age and Viagra supply, walk the dogs, so pretty sure something else is likely to kill me before the scratchings get their chance.

My occasional guilty pleasure is a Dominos pizza delivery containing about 3500 calories, washed down with about 2500 calories of beer... Don't assume I practice what I preach.

Also, you just made my day. I never knew I used to be cool. :D
