For anyone unaware, the now free Tapatalk app makes forum use a doddle on a smartphone or tablet. On iOS and Android.

I rarely use the desktop browser for SE any more. Tapatalk is excellent and encourages me to do more not less.

Happy non-hangover Boxing Day.

Outlaw Central for next 3 days. Oh. My. God.

Oh aye tapatalk makes this a lot easier to use. Just out of a Boxing Day MTB run, probably not far from clarky...

As Greg says, its not the first time that I have posted similar.

Maybe tis a Generation gap, twas Clarky's 30th the other day which makes me about 2.5 generations older. It always quietens down over the Winter as Elise usage drops off and I also have way more time on my hands than the rest of you, barely use a mobile, so notice it more.

I'll get over it.

Tapatalk is available for Windows phones too, not many here use them, only myself and Nizzy that I'm aware of...

No hangover here....just a Quality Street hangover :blackeye

one thing about SE (SE2, or whatever name u give it) is that its here. its stationary. its a place.

ive gone, come back, gone, pop in, gone etc - but this place is here.
Sure tapatalk or other apps make it easier to chat. However, as a place for friends, for a "clan", its the base.
Maybe we need a "other comms" thread/forum to link to other place we have gone to chat - incase we gets lonely and wonder where the still active people are.

Merry Christmas to you all, hoping u have/are enjoying the time not working/ with families/ chilling/ catching up.
:cheers

So rather than us all bumping our gums about what do we do in 2016 to rejuvenate SE and create a legacy for the next generation of owners to take over?

LEGS events, SE track days, charity bbq, auto test, motorsport division for those competing?

I am definitely here to spout sh*t for so long as anyone is listening (and perhaps beyond!).

Next year will see Egor back on the road (courtesy of CMC - thanks to Craig, Calum et al). I will make the November-ish Oulton Park trip. Beyond that I can only hope to continue to offer my standard level of nonsense, soz.

You are an amateur Robin on talking rubbish as 21,000 posts points out.

I suppose more than any of you S_E is a large part of my life, so I will always be fighting for our Forum.

Good on ye Tut... Forums are a great source of banter... I've learned loads from SE and SELOC about my car and the same goes for Bimmerforums when I had my BM's which also seemed to lose popularity. Forums document knowledge and its retained.
