It's been an eventful 10 years...

Just realised it was 10 years ago today, & not tomorrow as I'd though, I picked up the 160.

There have been a few ups & a few downs. I've loved it & I've hated it. I've wanted to sell it (mostly when it's broken) & I've wanted to keep it forever (mostly when it's about to break). The plan was to buy it & keep it for 6 months. I'd just bought my first place & the work it needed was growing by the week.

Thankfully, I kept & used it as a daily for quite some time. Wouldn't & couldn't have done that without SE & would have missed out on TTs (2007 was still one of my favorite weekends ever), campaganzas, Kames days & all the rest. Of course, I've met a few good people along the way. As I wipe the tear of sentimentality, thanks. :cheers

Also, yes, the pedal box has been out of the car since July last year, but I'll get round to it.

A few highlights (excluding the many I found of Shug being/having spewed :D )

Congratulations! :D

I saw mine for the first time on my 25th Birthday - 8th March 2007. I agreed to buy it after a test drive the following Saturday - the 10th, then went on holiday and collected it on the 22nd when I got back, so 9 years coming up for me. I've settled into thinking it'll always be with me, funny how metal and plastic can get under your skin so much.

In that the pedal box is 10 meters from where it should be located, yes.

Actually, UJI will be old enough to drive this July. Can we make it to 2019 for a 20th anniversary run? A party may be called for!

Perhaps I'll get her grilled painted as a treat...

How did you cover up the holes from the tent pegs in the floor Graham?
