I put my hard top on today!


I've listed a few of my excuses:

1. My car's been scratched twice this year outside the house and I don't want the soft top to be done next.

2. Similar to excuse 1, I work in city centre nightclubs and don't want some drunk idiot putting a key through soft top (happened last year in Edinburgh).

3. My girlfiend is 4 months pregnant as is convinced that I'm damaging juniors hearing already. It's a bit quiter with the hard top on.

4. It doesn't leak as much as the soft top.

5. It stops the car misting up as much as the soft top.

6. I honestly think it looks better.

7. I can wear a pink flowery shirt and listen to gay music without being noticed!!

I know that I've let myself, my family, friends and everybody on this forum down and that I should be ashamed of my crime.... sorry

Mine is defiantly louder with the hard top on. Soft is better, none is best.

Having had the car nearly two years and not having had the hard top on since the day I picked the car up I am seriously considering putting it on e-bay and using the cash to get S2 suspension.

i very rarely have my hardtop off, should really take it off more. been off 2 days this year im ashamed to admit.

I had the roof on today not for the rain but the noise the bearings are making.
