About something we "nationally conversed" about just 2 years ago, came to a conclusion about, but we must now talk about it again, until we achieve the "correct" answer..

"Before we start talking, we must listen. So today we are launching, as the first phase in our new campaign, the biggest listening exercise in our party's history"

Clearly didn't listen 2 years ago did we ?

here we go again. yet another distraction tactic from the SNP to stop us realising that after around 10 years in power they actually have not done anything apart from point the finger at everyone else for everything and anything.
I'm getting really sick of this now.

I've always considered her an evil little sh*t in search of glory (preferably at everyone else's expense) but I'm beginning to think she's even worse than i thought.

I agree with all the above.

Annoyingly and worryingly, I know many who will automatically vote yes again, just because they're patriotic and proud to be Scottish, even tho I try to convince them that patriotism and pride would actually have them voting no, should they take the time to actually use their brains and read about the bigger picture....

And perhaps someone should sit Krankie down and explain the true meaning of democracy, as she clearly isn't aware, or is choosing to ignore it.

You should try telling a Vegan that they are anti-animal as their way would lead to farm animals becoming virtually extinct - but I guess it's essentially the same argument.

Of course as a fellow "Yes City" dweller, I also know a lot of wannabe William Wallace's, or as I like to call them, Mel Gibsons

I look forward to leagues of Tory hating anti-royalist Scots waving the Lion Rampant about - those ones are my favourite...

/joking aside - I'm really thinking "Oh no not this again!" like most others so far!

If we have to have another referendum, then, to keep things fair, I think the question should be:

"Should Scotland remain as is, in the United Kingdom?"

I would like to see what a job the SNP makes of campaigning for, and around, the negative, especially after there demonisation of "negative no" through project fear.

I feel like though I am living Project Fear - fear of what the SNP is going to do next to another vital service in Scotland - after all, local authorities, education, police and the NHS are all fecked on the SNP watch, so what next?

I'm thinking no not this again, not indy ref 2. Another moaning whiny thread where the same people loop through the same arguments again again essentially agreeing with each other and shouting down anyone with a different opinion while generalising and calling them all stupid.

In other news I'm putting my car back on the road.

Ironically Chris, the majority of the folk I referred to aren't dundonian but from all over, as in Glasgow, Aberdeen & shire, Inverness and the islands. But then we're all daft offshore oil workers :blackeye

I don't think Nicola has a mute button unfortunately.
We had a vote. We said NO. Why can't we now just move on or are we going to have a national conversation and a vote every two years until finally the answer is what they want - even if it takes 50 years.
Started looking at houses down south - don't think i can bear to go through all of this repeatedly over the next 20 years till I die.

I just need to convince the wife that New Zealand is a good idea before we are too old for their immigration system

I think scotland would be a better place without people like us
