Know your pain Sanjoy as motorhome hire is not cheap.

We were thinking of doing a European trip with the dogs for 2-3 weeks and once we looked into it I reckon I would have been cheaper buying one and then flogging it when we got home.

Sanj - I mate of mine hires out fully kitted out Mazda Bongos.

he's got 2 of them with pop up tops and attachable onnings, I had a go of one of them, was pretty impressed with the set-up etc.

Aston Leisure at Nine Mile Burn, just outside Edinburgh were pretty good I the past. Also Central Van Hire at Clackmannan. I've used them both when going to Silverstone. VW conversions and slightly larger options
