Knockhill Experience

Post by rawsco » Fri Mar 10, 2017 11:28 am

I'm doing the single seater thing at the weekend, think if i turned up in my car they'd let me do the instructor laps in my own car and give me more laps?

Not a hope - these things are timed to the minute and you're in a batch of attendees, so they ain't going to mix and match car types with a customer-owned car in the mix

Way back when, like in 1999 I did their road driving course in my Esprit and at the end we went for a wee blast on the track but that was a 1 on 1 course and the track was empty when we got back... Doesn't hurt to ask, worst they can do is say no?

That's what I thought, never done an experience at KH so didn't know the routine other than seeing a few you tube vids of peeps in the Honda's on empty track.
