Looking good! Interesting valley in the peak torque though?!
Treat me like a schoolboy (fnarr fnarr).. err.. what does it show / mean / indicate?
Remember, at my level I'm just looking at the pretty picture and numbers. :blackeye

Torque is the only thing you feel, so it is climbing nicely as the revs rise as acceleration is therefore getting stronger. Peaks at 5.5krpm and then drops by about 12lbs.ft as it passes 6krpm so the acceleration softens slightly and you might think it’s given its all..... then it climbs back up as it passes 6.5krpm. Should feel good. 😎

Thanks. It's scary how quickly that time has flown by even tho the car itself seems to have taken forever.

The DVLA should be near the point of issuing the registration docs. I was told it might be 4-6 weeks and it's about 6 now.

I think the decals should be going at the moment so I'm keen to get an update on that. I've probably added to the delays a bit because I've asked that my airbox be made in carbon. Fortunately one of my mates has a business making carbon bits for hi-tec projects so I put him in touch with Listerbell and from that we're going to go down the carbon route with the dash and cambelt covers as well and all of that is a work in progress.

I'm now imagining it will be an out-of-lockdown celebration pressie. :blackeye

Having spent quite some time studying that photo, I still can't see any spot lights.

Yeah, I guess it's one of these definitive Stratos things. The road cars have a more conventionally silenced single exit exhaust but the Group 4 rally cars all have the straight through pipes with a small tail silencer for each bank.

This is mine and one of the originals

Can’t see headlamps or spotlights. Just hooters?
