The intake temps just climb massively (probably more so on a modified supercharger running a smaller pulley, as in, more boost and probably getting out of the best efficiency range of the TVS1320), with no where for the heat to go, meaning the ECU with start cutting ignition timing etc. thus reducing power substantially. People have tried running the VX220 supercharger set-up without the chargecooler and it heat soaks quickly, with 100c+ intake temperatures.
So I don't think a dyno test on these cars is representative for these supercharged Toyota engine.
