Post by Jamie Satriani » Sun Apr 29, 2018 9:01 pm

Central car auctions Glasgow have a stupendous looking red S1 going through Wednesday folks,
15,000 miles guaranteed from new! , where on Earth has this one been hiding! :P .

Very early car.
If you're not living on the edge you're wasting too much space!

Looks identical to my late neighbours. In touch originals do exist. He was a retired mechanic and took it out 4 or 5 times a year.

Shame it's ended up at a general auction, bound to be snapped up by a dealer and marked up ridiculously.

I didn't even go to the sale Scott, a forgone conclusion that it would go for a hefty
price, not surprising though when you consider the condition and mileage.

I don't know what it actually bid to but you can guarantee there would have been
some good old auction fever when it got down to the last pair of desperate warriors :D .

Did anyone on here go along?.... or even bid / buy ? 8) .

Jamie, a white S3 at Whitburn salvage auction this Monday 14th. Says Class N but aport from new front clam looks a bit stuffed, rads, lights, lots but worth a look if your fed up rebuilding Peugeots ; )
