I almost did this 6 months ago when I moved to Houston, my $105k went on an 2016 M4 DCT for me and a 2016 V8 X5, because my wife obviously needs a 450hp twin turbo V8 for going to the shops...

If I were in the UK with the approx. £20k leftover I would either buy a few seasons in club motorsport, Minis or Formula Ford, or an Elise/Exige in need of some repair

Apparently mine is:
Honda Elise SC CC x 2
VX220 n/a shed
Clio 200 RS
Clio 182 Trophy
Clio 182
BMW E36 Racecar
Triumph TR7V8
Ford Transit
Mitsubishi Pickup

Not sure I am playing this game in a very smart way...

Been a while since we’ve done one of these. 3 cars, £100k.

Daily E63 wagon £24,500

Weekend 991 GTS £70k

Track S1 160 £5,500 from Woody.
Cant get a 991 GTS for 70k these days! Probably worth re running this. imagine doing this 18 months ago when it was crazy time for the second hand market.

Quite enjoying the Collecting Cars car buying challenges. Perhaps it needs a thread split.

Each week, a member of the panel constructs and shares a scenario / question in which the others all have to propose a 2 or 3 car solution.

Eg. “You’re a middle-aged father of two, and owing to finding and buying your dream home, the budget for your fleet has been slashed to just £50k. Sourcing only from pre-owned stock, present a weekend toy and a family wagon - within budget. You are only allowed to buy French”

You get the idea.

(It’s brilliant as Sanjoy says)

Aye Ferg - they're not short. Apart from Harris lol

I found it to be brilliant but became a bit samey, some form of 911 and Range Rover all too often were in the answers. Yawn.
