Agree can’t be too many sales at the moment.
Parks also have McLaren Glasgow nearby, was speaking to Laura (sales executive ex Murray and Leven) and there are some McLaren + Lotus owners. Said they were hoping to increase Lotus+ McLaren owners as it much cheaper to track a Lotus rather than a McLaren

Popped along to Parks today, massive thanks to Laura for the drive in an Elise 220 first then the Exige 350. Pretty sure I am sold on the Exige, I mean the Elise was amazing to drive but the Exige (as everyone suggested) is just another level entirely. That open gate gear linkage and short shift was a delight too on both models. Loved the exhaust notes on both, but it's an argument the Exige wins. Both very easy to drive and confidence inspiring quickly at sensible speeds. You can feel that power in reserve with the Exige, it's there to call on any time. This time around it will be a second car for me , no daily commuting, my last Exige lost the sense of occasion driving it daily in the dark over winter my eyes aligned with the car in front tail lights. Save some more pennies then hopefully find a car for next spring.

Do you know which roads you went for the test drives ?

Suspect they would take you out towards Strathaven or East Kilbride.

Look forward to seeing a pleased new Exige owner come spring time.
Thought about the spec ?

Thanks Steve :D looking forward to joining the club :thumbsup

@IanD, tried my best to draw the route (see below), in town route likely not 100% accurate but the rest is. Laura explained Covid situation 1) shortens the test drive time and 2) only you drive .... which was less scary as I suspect Laura is a demon behind that wheel after seeing how quickly and accurately she reverses an Exige

(is a wee bit wrong , took a left onto that country road)
