Steve.
Hi Steve

You should add the langside ( Comrie to Braco) to some of your trips
A large stretch has been resurfaced (EU funding) to amazing effect

The uncharitable say it’s to allow missionary’s and aid workers to get to Faither G’s

Yes

Though most of my motoring (as nature intended )is on the quad and the ride on lawnmower

Ask any postman or delivery driver within 50 miles

It would be nice to meet up for lunch again and enjoy the local roads too. :thumbsup

You can leave your hat on.

Morning Sanj

The little one is currently sitting in garage....with gleaming clams
( stop touching yourself)
I put paint protection film on it last week in readiness for some early morning road runs

Myself, Blackbird Jim (who now has a GT4) and another senior member of SE (New Boxster Spyder)
get up early on a Sunday and enjoy the roads before plod and those fcukwits in motorhomes awake

( A more spirited version of Comedians in Cars getting Coffee.....and usually bacon rolls)

We also have a bikers version

Comedians on Motorbikes getting Coffee between frequent pee stops

( Self (Ducati) soon to be R9T,Faither (GS 1200) and Donald (Buell)
We can be at Rannoch Station/ Arrochar/ Lecht etc before 0900 on deserted roads

So many joyful miles on good Scottish roads with great scenery

The 111S now has 33k and with fresh Yokohamas instead of the original P6000 ....I can hopefully attain cornering speeds of over 50 mph without seeing the world through my drivers door window

I see you have got another Beemer you big poof
Beemers are for those craving trouble free motoring but lacking imagination

I currently have a new X5.....and a Macan thingy

:cheers

Retirement suits you. You need to slow down though and join the M crew.

Is it one of those new gaping X5s?

I think the SE collective could come up with a better nomenclature for the SE Elders, Comedians Under New xxx.

The new X5 is certainly an acquired taste and was bought for the current Mrs Boag.
She thinks it's too big .............hence the Macan thingy............which is also an acquired taste

I now parade about Comrie in a blacked out X5 in a not too subtle mineral white.
The mobile hairdressers appear to be extremely jealous

:cheers
