Just wandering Pistonheads and found a thread which mentioned the above site which i had never heard of.
Seems good value if considering a high value purchase.
Thread here including pictures of a car that someone put back on the road -

Read the thread as well and sounds interesting.
Makes sense that they search and match various less formal sources so non-recorded cars might still show up

Re: Vcheck (NLC)
I saw them post on a Maserati board back in Feb, never thought to cross post, but I like their style.
They post a car like they are looking to buy, folk weigh in with their advice, looks a decent spec, nice colour, price is about right etc. then they follow up with the co-part or similar photos.
They also posted a Fiesta ST where the front wheel was pushed back behind the A pillar, again repaired and advertised on Autotrader with no history, scary.
Some of the Maserati guys then messaged the seller, enquiring about the car, stating they are fussy and don't want accident damaged car, no accident damage, HPI clear etc. owned for 3 years etc, then they follow up with a photo of the damage and said they are no longer interested. Seller says "ok, that's fine"
Crazy.
