Think I may have a test drive on the Yaris GR as seen it in the flesh a number of times passing the local Toyota dealer. Prefer the white as the red does not do it for me.

If its as epic as they say it is then may contemplate it as a replacement to the Golf GTi.

Has any S.Eliser got theirs yet?

I think Ali and his brother Andrew (Smee) have their cars now.

Had mine a few weeks now. Bloody loving it! Obviously not as raw as my old VX220 but it’s some bit of kit. Makes progress well, loves being flung about. When you look at what else is about for the money it’s actually pretty decent value, the monthly payments aren’t far off my average garage spend on my old R52 Cooper S so it was a no brainier for me!
Is a bit quiet, which some folk love, but mine is booked in for a new exhaust in August. If you order now it’ll be June next year tho, and there’s talk of a price hike/stopping production to start on the Corolla GRs...

Did you guys go Pearl White or Pure White as its difficult to see the difference in the brochure.

Sent an enquiry through when working late last night but no response from Edinburgh Newbridge as yet except we will get back to you in 1 working day!!

Maybe car salespeople are being extra complacent post covid

The pearl looks great in some lights, terrible in others.
Happy with pure white as, much like the Subaru, the paint is made of cheese.

Nope, they never phoned me back unfortunately.

However realised that the convenience of 5 doors is a lot better when you have dogs. Ended up getting another car - Mini JCW and kept the Golf

drove my friends on track the other week. Incredible in the rain.

Definitely a bit tight for dogs unless they are purse sized!
