I really want to put a deposit down for an Emira but my experience, or lack of, with Parks has prevented me from doing so. It is not just recently, but going back to when they had the Evija and several times since. I have left messages, sent emails, registered on-line. Same experience as you re phone calls - unanswered, sometimes it was put through to the Maserati garage, others it wasn’t clear who answered but no-one could ever help and promise of a call back never once materialised. Tried calling Parks to see if they will have an Emira to see any time soon.
Put through to Laura's phone - no reply until i am kicked off by the phone system.
Try again next day - same result,but this time it gets back to the switchboard. They have no idea where she is or even if she's off on holiday.

Maserati & Lotus share the same reception area & showroom, although it's very disappointing compared to some of their other showrooms.
My experience getting the fuel rail recall done on the Elise didn't impress, two visits required to replace a £5 part.....

Surprised you are unable to get hold of Laura @Tony, I have found she has always replied the next day at the very latest. Calling the showroom can be a bit hit an miss for sure but understandable. Could be Covid related maybe?

I emailed Laura this morning to enquire about when the Emira will be in the showroom at Park's. She got right back to say mid October but no dates yet.
