Im looking for someone to apply sheets of carbon fibre with resin to the back and sides of my new Lotus seats
The ones I have are made with GRP & there's too much flex in them when you sit in them
Wondering if applying fibre glass sheeting to the back of them would eliminate or reduce the flex ?
Thoughts ?
and who would do it ?
My mate done it to his RS4 - that's where I got the idea - but he's not got the time or space to do it anymore

Two negatives make a positive but only in Scotland do two positives make a negative - 'Aye right.'

Re: Carbon Fibre Resin / Wrapping / Manufacturing
You could probably reasonably DIY it. It's a single lay up of material. All that lovely new upholstery you out on would need to come off though. It's a messy process.
