The pod was up in Durness, not far from that lovely beach in the photo. It was brand new and really quite luxurious inside. Quite glad I wasn't camping, as although it was wall to wall blue skies it was also blowing a hoolie up there. I was amazed how booked up everything was at this time of year. There was literally nothing in Portree without paying silly money.

Great for the tourist sector though. They are probably still clawing their way back from the pandemic.

Great pods and restaurant at Sands Campsite, Gairloch and also more basic ones at Applecross (great new shower block there). Just mind your alloys on both the Bealach and the coastal access to Applecross. Pothole hell

Looks epic, well done. Cancelled my AMG Emira earlier in the year as was going to miss another summer without a car :(
