NLC- Private Dining in Edinburgh

I've been asked to arrange a dinner for our audit team and key members of clients management.

The remit is to find a private dining room in Edinburgh - whether it be Wisharts/Witchery/Cannings - but money isn't a big issue! There will be about 15 of us - and the idea is to have it before Christmas? It can be any midweek night!

Does anyone have any recommendations of anywhere, with a rough idea of price- as a starting point!

Prestonfield House Hotel, is meant to be good for that sort of thing too.

Or I'd presume any of the bigger/posher city centre hotels, e.g Sheraton, Caley, Balmoral etc.
