i get the steering from my bro-in-law who is a catering equipment engineer - there's some really horrible kitchens!

HE was telling me that he removed an old gas burner unit and inbetween that and the worktop there was a build up of rotten food. When he slid the unit out, the ming was hoaching with wormy things!
He told the owner and then some cleaner came round and brushed them off - no bleaching or anything

Im a surveyor and I value restuarants all of the time and there are a number of places in Edinburgh and the Lothians that I just wouldnt eat!!!

Most of the bad ones have been small take aways with mouse and rat droppings everywhere - seen a few rats in basements which isnt nice

The worst was a chinese down on Queen Charlotte street - the place was minging and there was a pigs head in the sink - that the feck were they going to do with that
