Ive got a N73 with a 2gig mini sd. Fantastic camera although the new operating system takes a bit of getting used to.

If you are already with 02, phone them and haggle for a better deal. I got a 12 month contract, 250 x-net and 500 mins for £20 per month. :D

With Voda via E2SavE (barsteward) so might give Voda a call to see what they say.

T-Mobile take some beating with their Flext 35 plan, which Clare and Ian are on at £26/month

You can have any combination of minutes or texts, any network, upto £180/month, so at 20p/10p you can have 800mins and 200texts.

Yes, they took them out last May and there was 25% off. Ideal for them, as they just manage to stay within the £180 limit, so have not had to pay extra.

Normal price is £33, but they often have special offers on.

Sanjoy have you seen what your existing carrier can do for you?

I just threaten to leave Orange every year and they keep making my plan better.

Currently £35 a month for 800 x-network mins , free insurance, 10MB date, 1200 texts and a free Windows Mobile 5 phone 8)

That IS good.

Voda offered £35 inc VAT for 500 mins 250 text and £40 for teh Nokia N73 (3.2 mp camera) that I am after.

The T Mobile Flext 35 is coming in at £30 for more and £19.99 for the phone.

What to do is go to the three website and pick a tarif then get through to the disconnections dept, and ask how you go about changing your number to another network.

If they are anything like Orange they'll have "win back" agents who have a pot of cash to make you stay 8)

They do but they're sh*t. We used them for the first 6 months they came out (gf did the launch of them) and they were bloody awful......and apparently things arne't much better now.

Called them back, voda offered me free 100 texts, I was on £30 pcm for 250 mins. I said pish pass me to disconnetions, passedo n and the lad there decided to offer the phone for free not £60, 500 mins not 250, 250 texts not none and free itemised billing rather than £1.50. Kept me for another 18 months. Would have moved if voda did not have such good coverage.

Got a mail back from t-mobile after I complained their site does not detail if VAt is included or not. Very apologetic, long email detailing everything. If I had got it before I would have moved simply on their customer service. Oh and they are changing their site now too.

I got a quite good deal off the vodafone web page.

I got a k800i free

200mins a month (all cross network)
250 texts a month
internet - but I am unsure how much as I dont really use it
12.50 for first 6months then 25 quid for the remaining 12 months. No vouchers or any crap like that.

But the best bit of all is the stop the clock stuff. Look it up on the vodafone web page, but basically at weekends or after 7pm you can call someone and speak for up to 1 hour, but only pay for the first 3 mins (yes they do just come off you inclusive mins).

I speak for around 400mins a month and have yet to have a bill more than 30p over my £12.50 (note I am still in the first 6months of contract).

Worth thinking about.
