Dont get me wrong - I'd use it if it worked and look forward to being able to sleep- er sorry "work" on the train on the way to work rather than sitting it traffic.
Business versus service - dead right there, I use public transport when on holiday all the time (abroad.)

Actually according to a well known emergency service call centre manager, cell phones can be triangulatetd in rural areas to less than a mile.
and apparently they can work out your speed by the cell switch over.
