Perfect Clam

Post by GilesM » Thu Jan 18, 2007 2:21 pm

Just collected my car from Steve Walker Bodyshop after my little problem in November. The good news is he's made agreat job of it, the bad news is that the first time in over 3 1/2 yrs I've got a perfect from clam, it has to snow, a touch of Miss Daisy on the way home tonight.

One wee SE Blat should soon get rid of the new look.

Have fun

Giles

Giles, was it a new clam or repair?
I would of thought it was a new clam but unsure when you said "he's made a great job".

See you on track...I'll be behind you ;)

Brand new clam, the damage went back a wee bit too far, and there were too many bits to repair i, new crash structure, radiator, lights and windscreen.
Have you thought about armourfend?!
I'm sure it helps, but my last clam had so many hits that armourfend wouldn't really have made any difference, wildlife, cones, kerbs, bits of trees, tyre walls, probably good for normal stone chips, first thing is some driving light covers, onto Elise parts straight away.

Wise man.

Steve Walker Bodyshop

Take it from what you say that you would recommend. Mine needs a couple of bits touched up. Where is he? Expensive?

Thanks

He's in Bathgate 01506 633471, good value and seems happy to do as much or as little as you like.
