that man really cant drive very well. He pulls out mega gaps on the red car in a straight line, only to lose it all braking for every corner.

Does show just how physical racing can be though judging by the number of spinners and crashes in 2 and a half minutes :o

Alternatively he might actually be getting held up by the people in front spinning/braking earlier etc.

I don't think thats fair to him, looks like he keeps the same time gap all the time. ie at 100 mph if the guy is 50 ft behind you and then you both brake for a 50mph corner hes going to look closer coz hes only going to be 25ft behind but hes still the same time gap between him.
The times when the guy really seems to catch up a bit are when he hesitates on the power or something and you then see him pass a spinning car or overtake someone

Ah, the old Adelaide GP circuit 8) One of the best street circuits, much better than Melbourne :thumbsdown

Saw Phoenix's race car had it bolted to the subframe in line wiht the chassis rail, looked pretty solid. I was thinking with a bit of ingenuity it would be easy to replicate and then have a screw in eye like modern fords etc then a little blaning plug on the outside.

Justr a thought...
