I feel as if I have come out of hibernation. I was getting to the point of wondering if it was ever going to stop raining and even started to get pissed off with the Exige and windows that are perma misted up.

However following todays run it feels bloody fantastic again, despite if being absolutely filthy it still drew open mouth looks and excited points by youngsters in the street.

Headed up to the Dukes pass, bit busy on the way up, lots of 40 mph everywhere types. Got the the pass and it was murder, only ever seen in busier in the middle of summer, every dithering idiot had chosen today to go crawling about at 35 as well as mega amounts of cyclists that you only ever seem to meet on corners never the straights. Several buses as well.
Managed to still get in some good blats between diddies, almost forgotten what its like to drive quick. After that it was on to Callander > Doune > Kippen > Fintry > Lennoxtown and home. I thik I scared the crap out of a few folk stood in the car park at the top of the hill over Lennoxtown as I shot by :D

First proper drive since my last trackday, November? feels so good to be back out in good weather, pity no one came along for the run. No other Loti seen on travels either.

One minor moan. The state of our roads is fcuking atrocious! Keeching myself at some of the potholes on the road.

Other than that a top day. All is well

:D

Was sorely tempted, but had to work, dammit.... Crackin day for it

Roads seemed to be the same everywhere though- had to go down the coast to Largs- much of it spent at 20mph on 60 roads. Aaarrrgh

When were you there Kenny, I went over the Dukes pass in the afternoon, about 3ish. That was after my wee run..

Went up to Braco via the A9/M9 and headed for Comrie, then along to Lochearnhead, (police speed trap in St Fillans) up to Tyndrum, then Oban road to Dalmally, over the hills to Inverary, then to Loch Lomond, north up Loch Lomond to Crianlarich and back down to Callander, over the Dukes pass and home. :D
250 miles :drive

Only saw one Elise and that was in Livingston at the petrol station. New owner and can't remember his name

Sounds great. I took Friday afternoon off work and drove up to Bellochantuy and the drive was amazing beautiful scenery, dry roads which were quite quiet and with some pretty swift overtaking manoeuvres I had great fun  I never saw anyone either nor on the way back on Sunday. Car is so mucky now
