IIRC Formula First cars had a Ford XR2 engine/gearbox in them mounted transversely.

Anyone else spotted this in his other itmes for sale?

Having not had a look at the freelander solution to the same problem, i don't know how good an option this is?

edited to add, just looked at the car OMG what an abortion :shock:
