New Tyres

now that i have managed to replace the damaged alloy wheel, its time to buy a new front left tyre. am currently running on standard (bridgestone) tyres. was thinking of replacing all 4 tyres. was actually thinking of upsizing the tyre.
what would be the ideal replacement for bridgestone potenza? am not looking at a dedicated track oriented tyre as i'll be using the elise as my daily mode of transport. at the same time, i'd prefer something which will give some decent performance on the track as well.
also like to know how much it would cost me and where i can pick up a set from.

Well first of you are bringing the car round to mine tonight to see if there is any other damage, unless uldis has already cast his eye over it.

It will be a long wait
I've been an hands on engineer/mechanic for years i have better eye then you will also i have a clock gauge to check for runout.
i am sure you are way better at graphic design then i ever will be

The wheel was totally buckled.
No obvious unusual movement in the hub.
Disc spun round like it should without any noticeable friction.
Only conern is the brake caliper took a whack especially from the drive home caused by the spoke of the wheel.

if only i could drive the car
with the current setup i just could shave the whole brake caliper by the time i drive to ur place. shall fix the new wheel and see how different things r.
