So, ordered an exhaust, told a week, it's been 2 and now they are saying delivery by tomorrow.

Should I call them to make sure it's being sent?

What if they say no it hasn't?

Did people not have hassles with them before?

Great exhausts, iffy service, I seem to remember from when Iain was getting his S1 zorst.

Of bloody course you should phone them! Badger them till it's in your sweaty palms... Companies get away with sh*t service because we as a nation are crap at complaining. Take a leaf out of Robin's book, make them fear you... 8)

Nah, don't cancel - makes their life easy...

Just make their work day hell until you get it - that's a lot more fulfilling.

Ok, just called. So they have them in stock.
Sending out today for next day delivery but as Aberdeen is soooooooo far away from Devon (take a left, then a right past Planet Mars...) I am probably going to see it on Sat. I reckon Monday though.

I drove from Le Mans to Aberdeen in one day!

Oh, this also depends if they can get them wrapped up today.

You must just be unlucky. When i got my larini i spoke to them on the phone and it was with me next day. I got the last one in stock at the time as they only make batches of 10 apparently. Perhaps they were out?

G isn't unlucky, you were lucky.
Their customer service is pretty poor but the product manages to make up for it. I had the same problem, ordered it, told it would be here in 2 weeks, no sign of it and no call to let me know where it was. When I called, they said another 2 weeks and I eventually got it after a total of about 5/6 weeks I think.

But it sounds 8)

Chill man

Let's face it - your just raving to get the exhaust fitted - in the big scheme of things, one extra day won't make a toss of difference as long as the axhaust is the dogs..

But - got to let us hear it when it's fitted ...

Told you it would arrive :D
It's easy to fit and the bolts shouldn't be too rusted as the old zorst's been off within the last 7/8 months.

I had no probs at all with their service, I got a reply to my e-mail enquiry in 2 days, and they called me back within 24 hrs when I left a message, zorst delivered next day. "Just" (Ha!) stick it on and find a tunnel....! Nice and loud when required but wisper quiet on the m-way like the OE one.

Enjoy!
