Certainly looks identical to a photo I have of the car, taken from the driver's side. Same colour, wheels and graphics. Hope Iain is Ok

I think Neil is right - I remember reading about this last year and speaking to Ian(sp?) at KH soon after.

Here is his car at Crail in Nov 2004

It's un-doubtedly Iain's car.

Just trying to get in touch with him at the moment to bring him up to speed.

So sad to see it like that. :cry: :cry: :cry:

Good that Iain got out it with only a small scratch on his heed.

Good one. It is MY car. And It's I mean "IT'S STILL MY CAR". My insurance company have gone and got rid of it without contacting me and I'm not sure where I stand with this since:
- they didn't contact me to inform me of their intention to dispose of the car;
- have not yet settled with me regarding compensation/payout;
- some of my personal belongings are still in/on the car.

So far as I can tell it's still legally my car yet they've got rid of it and now someone's selling it off bit by bit.

I'd appreciate it if anyone has insight or guidance about how to deal with this.

Cheers,
Iain.

Phone the police and tell them it's been stolen by the insurance company!
