I am not aware of any such discount, apart from tyres, as mentioned.

That's why the guys go to JP and F1 in Newcastle.

Phoned them yesterday looking for AD07's and asked about the 5% discount for a pair of tyres. The lady at the other end of the phone just about wet herself laughing insisting MMC are highly competitive.

It just makes you wonder what they base their competitivness on? Perhaps the trade in illegal arms? :liar

I may mention this to MMC tomorrow as the deals on tyres which are on the www were organised when Pauline was there.

Never spoken to a woman in the parts dept, it's always been the same guy, can't remember his name now though :?

I do still have an email from Pauline somewhere confirming the discount though. Del, if you speak to them, let us know what they say.

It's John Langan in the parts department that I've always dealt with. It's not only been tyres I got discount on either IIRC, and always without asking.

I thought it was John but it's also John at the service dept so that was confusing me. John of parts fame's surname is Langan.
