do you know the ratio of the drive from the engine to the charger?

The smaller the charger pulley/larger the engine pulley the faster the charger will spin. The faster the charger spins, the more boost is delivered

I know a lot of the fat MINI specalists are selling smaller charger pulleys for the cooper S as a cheap way of upping the boost. Don't know what charger you have (or ratio), but there is a point (with an eaton twin scroll charger anyway) where the rotors just whisk up the air instead of provideing more boost. Off the top of my head, i can't remember what this point is. Of course, with the honda reving so high, i've just realised, there may be no point in the smaller pulley as it may over drive the rotors at the top end of the rev range.

What he's saying Ed, is that 280 is way ghey for a supercharged Linda. If you don't want to be accused of arch poofery, you'd better get the thing above 300 with a different pulley on the charger

If she is running 8psi then you will have a 3.4" S/C pulley. The 4" gives 5psi. Just measure it with a ruler, but pretty sure that it is the small one.

I also presume that you have a UK engine and not a JDM like mine, as I have a smaller crankshaft pulley which lowers the boost. I will be changing mine for the larger one to get the 8psi boost.

8 boost is as much as you want, as that is the configuration that Gearys kit gives. I think that you said that yours was an Edwards conversion, and as they are not one of the Link-Up installers, it might be worth checking with them exactly what you have.

If you have 8psi your engine should produce more than 280
What you need Ed ia a nice intercooler in the boot and a really small pully go for 350
