I thought digital videos/photos were not admissable as evidence in court (except speed cameras) so surely he can take it to court and there'll be no evidence? One for Mr Freeman, had they not already screwed him for something.

Certainly used to be the case because RAC/AA used to tell you to leave a disposable camera in your car in case of accidents as digital pics weren't allowed as evidence.

GregR is right, if you think about it most CCTV is now digital - stills and videos all useable evidence.
