To receive my £100 part ex I need to return my old rack, who has had history with couriers ??? anybody have a stab at what I would expect to pay for this ???

Royal mail Parcel force thru post office for simplicity and much cheapness.

I used ANC in aberdeen for a petrol hedgetrimmer last week & it cost 16 quid all in for next day. & it got there ok.
