John, I was about to PM you re: your message to me.
I think it would be more economical to get it refurbed rather than buy another one...

There's a place on e-bay (blackpool) that offers a swap- yours for a set of refurbed ones. Looked quite a good deal, but i'm too lazy to find the link for you
(well 'twas a good deal for me cos all mine are shot and bent

)

Ok folks thanks for the advice and info. I will look into the various possibilities. Still interested in your wheels Ross if you have them as my brother is needing a set for his car plus I cant afford to have mine off the road. I could use the bike I suppose.

I would not touch them. They goosed my Esprit wheels. BIG STYLE. Not recommended.

Try IPF in Glenrothes. They did a braw job on a set of my alloys.

Sorry to hear that Stew.
They have refinished 2 sets of wheels for me now, although my requirements were very straightforward. Not sure if I'd give them a "fancy" set to do, but I am happy enough with the results for £40 per corner including tyre re-fit and balance.
Simon A has had decent results there too I believe.
