Let grinderman and VXJON loose on my car last night to change my original suspension (now 40k old) with S2 Exige stuff.

The difference is AMAZING, absolute night and day, and obvisouly it was a pleasure to spend an evening with such cracking individuals (is that enough thanks now? ). As a wee thanks for doing all the hard labout while i ummm errrr cleaned my wheels i gave both of them a shot of the car to see what they thought of the difference.

As you'd expect both treated the car with dignity and respect Both came back impressed - however it would appear the car was less so.

Driving away the GPS refused to get a signal, my iPod refused to talk to my head unit and i couldnt even play a CD. Thought it must be some loose connections and vowed to fix them at lunchtime.

Woke up this morning, got in my car and sympathically drove my baby to work - 10 mins after leaving my house i swtiched on the gps reciever and tried my ipod and both electronic devices sprang into action and are now working perfectly

Youve got an ipod and GPs.... your almost as bad as I am...

He does have a way with mechanical things though, in a concentrated, applied violence sort of way....

Yes but dignity and respect to Dom is very different to most folks definition. You should see it when he rags it silly
