Post by bertieduff » Sat May 12, 2007 1:47 am

Just got the car back on the road today. Gave me the same stupid thrill it did when i bought it 8) So had to go out celebratying!

Still get that 5year old feelin every time i open the garage. Is this sad or does anyone else admit to this?

I would sleep wiyh it, but i am too drunk.

I've had her for five years, tracked her, thrashed her and generally treated her very badly on occasion.

Every single time I park her, I still can't help taking that second look back. Every time 8)

They either get totally under your skin or they don't. I'm happy I've been hooked (although the Bank Manager never has been, strangely ;))

Yup, every time I look out the window and see it parked there, I get that same feeling. I also look back after parking, just like Shug said. Will never tire of looking at the Elise.

As for driving . . . it's great getting the train to work most days at the moment, because when I get back in the car at the weekend, it feels like my first time in the car all over again! Fecking love it! 8) :love
