Just phoned up for insurance. Always been through the company but just wondered what id be, so was totally honest with them. 26 year old, 3 points for speeding, 6k per year, honda supercharged s1. Quoted through adrian flux at £838. I cant believe how cheap it is, expected to just hear giggling as they got the quote

About the only advantage of being a doddering old barsteward.

Same car as Craig, S/C Honda, no points (yet), 10K/year, Trackday cover, £340.

Thread drift, but just phoned direct line after diamond gave a renewal quote of £267.

It's for the volvo, 740 GLE, 2.3 petrol, fully comp, me and gill, 10K miles = £159.60 :D :D even cheaper than the polo....

surely insurance can't get much cheaper than that....??

Aren't Elises relatively pricey to insure due to the cost to replace/ease of damage of front & rear clams? :?

seems to me to be the case........I am half the price to insure my modded caterham than I was for a boggo S2 sports tourer.

But also on the flip side cateringvans are cheaper as wings and nosecones are almost disposables...........unless they are carbon.
