Thumbs up for Bill at MMC

I have been known to have a good moan about MMC in the past (due to a lot of issues I had when I first got the car) but I will obviously still give credit where it's due. Bill at MMC has been very helpful recently and I just wanted to give him a big 
for taking the time to help me out. Thanks!
The car has been in to get a few things checked under warranty and Bill kindly talked me through everything on the phone. While they have not found the root cause of all the issues, he took time to explain everything to me fully, not fobbing me off at all, and was really friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service.
