Thinking of buying for a friend for his birthday to give us something to do on the morning of the TT KH day.. its on speshul offer in the am, so was wondering if its a load of cack, or actually worth a pop? Been on the 'phone to KH, and its in 2.0 ltr (not cosworth

) Sierras, and you seem to get 12 laps for your 120 notes.. I'd rather that than give him my car to prang on the TT trackday!!
Thoughts?
Cheers,
Greg

I reckon you should get him in your car for a trackday - either that or get him instruction in your car on track

Disappointing.
I was turned off the single seaters by another mate who said they were rev-limited
Why do I get the feeling KH have missed out on some good opportunities by trying to get maximum ca$h for not very much in return?

Did that last year at MT - I was absolutely bricking it!!
If you fancied pimping the RLC out for a few laps, now that would be a different story

Aren't the majority of these things like that? Sanjoy was pretty disappointed with his Lambo drive as it was rev limited too.

Yeah?! I dont remember the single seaters being restricted.
If you trust him then a Hyperformance lesson might be the best solution!

Trust is one issue mate.. the other is his enjoyment (fnarr) i.e. if I were to be in a mate's car, belting round a track without insurance (or even with insurance and a £1k excess) then I think I would be too nervous to enjoy it. Nerves often lead to mistakes and mistakes can be expensive!
If it was one of the KH sheds, who gives a t0ss
I guess its one of those balancing acts, you pay for the piece of mind that you won't have to cough up for a prang, so you sacrifice some of the top-end tomfoolery
