I have a role play with a used-to-be-good-but-now-is-crap employee and an interview. The interview will be a "Tell me about a time when..." and tedious in the extreme but straight forward to deal with.

No proper grilling just let me ramble on about something. I actually miss those interviews, no time to think just answer it quick and get it right... the Hats-on no-coffee type were less fun..

Remember and print off your Bullsh1t Bingo card before going in to the interview.

One of my colleagues has a game called Wank Word Bingo. Wank words on a grid, which you cross out during a meeting as people use them and then proclaim "BINGO!" when you get them all! Hilarious if other meeting attendees are not expecting it, but not too clever in front of clients! Can't remember many of the words, but I'm sure it featured "triple bottom line", "wash-up", "take this offline", and other such wonderful wank words!
