Never found a price below £600 for two people, car and cabin. So haven't used it...yet.

Also as a bit of advice, I would not use the web site as they do not seem to show the special offer.
When I used the website it inidcated that the price was going to be £600 but when phoned up they told me there was a special deal going, hence £263
Cheers

Sanjoy - we sat and debated that very question last year on the Rosyth ferry, and concluded that when you take into account the extra fuel, an additional overnight in a B&B each way somewhere in North France (as you can't drive much further than Dover from Scotland in a day) there was next to nothing in it (if you managed to get the crossing for about £350-£400).Sanjoy wrote:Hmm £370 rtn or 900 odd miles.
And to be honest, I couldn't be bothered with the boring UK leg of the drive anyway
Hope that helps!
